Feeling a little bit less sore but I won't be able to work out tonight as I have an appointment. I did get my 30 mins on the bike this morning. I think the next time I feel like breaking down and ordering a pizza it is going to be plain. Those toppings at a ton of calories and even though it takes me 3 days to eat it at 500 a slice (for a Meat Lover's Pizza) it is just not diet friendly in anyway shape or form. Of course a few small changes make a big difference. Going to a Thin & Crispy crust and a medium cuts the calories in 1/2!
