Went out to dinner and alas the restaurant didn't have a nutritional guide and the meals were sufficiently complex I couldn't estimate the calories but I was able to do the desert and the wine and the dinner and salad was mostly veggies, shrimp and scallops. So I don't think it was too bad and the scale was kind to me today. Now if I can just keep from pigging out today I should be good.

Hang in there. I just got back from same. Its hard. I ate the protein, left all starch and sugar alone and ate half of a portion. I one of my favorite restaurants so I KNOW what I'm missing, but on the walk home I realized that I'm actually full. And finely unburdened with guilt.
I keep reminding myself that this is the way I eat now. I can't do it any other way.
Keep up the good work and keep tacking. It keeps perspective.
