Pretty new to this site but I really like it so far. Even though I have very little weight to lose, I might stay on this site. I not only want to be around 117lbs but I just want to be in really good shape. I have asthma so sometimes it's hard for me to do cardio without taking a break in between for my puffer, (-_-) and I know cardiovascular exercise improves your lungs, SOooooo! :)
But I also want to have a lot of definition, however that part isn't hard, my genes made it so that even though I'm a girl, I can have a high muscle mass without doing a whole lot of strength training. Pretty neat if you ask me!
Bulking won't be an issue (I hope!) if I stay doing cardio regularily aswell!
