It has been a week. and I've dropped about 41/2 pounds. Yea!!! This week I am going to try to work out more. I use to have a routine schedule but haven't followed it. I always seem to either diet and some exercise or exercise and no diet. If I could get the two together on a consistent basis I wouldn't have to struggle with these last 10. I know my problem know I must correct it. I can Do it....
131.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am in a similar boat as you I think. I'm the mom of three and gained 50-60 pounds with each pregnanacy. My youngest is now 4.5 years and I actually weighed less almost three years ago when she was younger! The weight has been creeping up over the past three years and I haven't been able to wear any of my cute summer clothes for the past two summers now. I started the extreme fat smash yesterday and felt like I was dying around noon. The weekdays should be easier though... I'll keep checking on your progress...good luck!

Me too ladies! I have 2 little girls, 4 and the youngest will be 2 this weekend and I gained about 65-70 pounds both times I was pregnant. I am finally 10 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and I am determined to get there. I also have to combining problem. It seems I can do a diet but not exercise at the same time and vice versa. I am sticking to it on this program and it is tough but I know it'll be worth it to finally reach my goal. Let's keep it up ladies!
