It's easier, for me, to keep myself in check during work days. Last weekend and a few days off really had an impact, both on weight and exercise!

I am right there with ya. We were out all weekend, so at least I was walking a lot, but I know my diet suffered. If we could just keep the motivation on the weekend.

I also agree but I don't think it's the motivation. The weekend is where we have all the free time and usually when we go out to eat and those restaurant meals pack on a lot of calories.
