I am back and on track again. I am starting over with induction and looking ahead. I would like to lose 15 lbs. by Christmas, but will accept whatever happens. I learned a lot on my first go of this plan. I know what my triggers are and what works for me. Journaling is the most important thing. Second, is to restart my exercise routine. I am only going to look back for positive reasons and going forward will find motivation here to keep on track.
