Work had lunch catered in from Minsky's Pizza, as I stated yesterday. There's seemingly NO WAY that skimpy Calzone I had was 700+ calories, but alas, I'm sure it was close.

Even so, I am glad we made some lighter food options for dinner so I don't completely blow my caloric intake for the day.

Still doing the circuit workout and I'm really liking my results. I have begun doing last two minutes of my high-intensity elliptical circuits backwards and it's busting my butt. Been maxing out on my circuits as well, feels good. I'm really starting to like the progress I'm making, even if I don't make my goal of 165 lbs (which I'm beginning to think is nigh on impossible).

My wife is having a friend visit for the weekend, hopefully we won't pig out too much, though I do realize most of that decision is on me. I just have to make smart(er) decisions.

I can't believe it's only Wednesday... ugh. At least I don't have any homework this weekend, that's always a buzzkill.
