Thanks for the kind comments yesterday. By "chilling out" I do not mean I am leaving the site. Just shifting over to maintenance mode. I have pretty much stopped logging on weekends only, while still trying to eat right and excercise on those days. I just have to take what I have learned here and continue to apply it. Im not so cocky as to say I dont need this anymore. Journals, tracking andd support are something that I know work well, and I hope I never get to the point where I think otherwise. I dont see any cut back on the excercise. I enjoy it way too much. Im just going to have to alter the routine a bit. I think I am basically just going to try to be happy at 160! hell, maybe Ill eben put on a little muscle with those freewights sitting in my spare room!
Tools are for using...so Im gonna use em! Thanks, you "tools" (hee hee)I crack myself up.
