I tracked this week and weighed and measured my food. I exercised and did all the right things. I feel good and more in controlled finally, I'm on track and hope to have another good week.
230.1 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 80.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.0 lb a week
