I weighed 118.6 today and i need to keep it up. I am almost there!!!
I want to weigh 115 really that's my dream weight.. but i will be happy with 117 what I need to do is exercise exercise excersie more and more and more and more..
More more more more exercise... all the exercise I can do the more the better...

I am going to the gym tomorrow with Jessica at 11:00 and am going to get on the stepper and the eliptical... for 30 minutes a total of 3 miles..
and today i will try to go and run at least 2 miles.. or 3 ...
118.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
