Well, I ended up going over my calories yesterday. In my defense, how often do we usually eat out twice in a day?!
I got a plain hotdog while we were there but ended up sharing some of my mom's popcorn and had water instead of diet soda (I haven't subbed soda for diet soda since I started low sugar) and I think all things considered, I did decently well. This is the first time in a long time that I went over calories by more than a little bit but oh well. The PBR only comes once a year! Mom is bringing home dinner (We only get Panda Express on months mom and Audrey go to their writing group in Springfield) but I am determined to stay within my calories today

It's ok Em! Do u have a Fitbit or anything that tracks your cals out? I'd like to see the numbers when your doing chores! I bucked hay once in my life and was like dang if I did this all the time is be lean and mean!!
