Back from holiday and not lost anything for a month. I'm going to try to do the whole 30 diet starting in two weeks time to get on track and to break my eating prepared food and snacking.

I'm currently working on eating up all the things I won't be able to eat during it so they won't be in the house when I can't have them.

It's going to be hard but I think good.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just finished my first whole 30 a week ago!! I loved it and I lost 10 lbs doing it. The hardest part was eating out which I only ate out 3 times during the whole program. A helpful tip: Prep your meals!!!!!! You wont be tempted to do take out if you defrost and cook foods in advance. Always have a plan for the next day
