Starting again... I typically find that I can do really good for a few days, then I totally fall off the band wagon. Today so far I have done mediocre. I made great breakfast choices, lunch would have been OK, had I had any self control and skipped the cookie. I would have save 340 calories and about $2... maybe I will challenge myself and start a savings of $2 every time I skip the cookie...
