After a slow couple of weeks I'm back on track! My body is slow to lose after I lose ten lbs so I had a stand still then dropped almost five lbs in a few days. Then I got bloated from my tom and couldn't go out to exercise because of weather. I'm back to 252.2 and can lose now!
252.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 March 2016:
1404 kcal Fat: 47.05g | Prot: 45.47g | Carb: 208.50g.   Breakfast: Bannock. Lunch: Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, Hunt's Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, Barilla Thin Spaghetti. Dinner: Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Lewis Deli Rolls, Del Monte Canned Corn, Beef Ribs (Whole, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Snack Sticks (14g), Joy Cone Old-fashioned Sugar Cones, Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom No Sugar Added Double Strawberry. more...
