My enemy and I duked it out this morning and I won. The scale said I had finally lost another 2 lbs. This is going so slowly and I think I should be losing weight more rapidly, but a loss is a loss so I'll take it! I guess I'm the turtle at losing weight, "Slow and steady wins the race!" I sure am the hare when it comes to gaining it though!
