I was getting very confused on my calories burned on here compared to my watch! I just realized my watch has active calories then total cals. Geesh. I was wondering how in the world I was making a deficit! Ok so now I feel so much better bc I was thinking I'm better off resting all dang day long! Whew. Ok I'm in such a better mood now. Now to just get those calories up and eat every three hours. I've been getting up two hours earlier the last couple of days so I can get more steps and water in 👍🏻

Diet Calendar Entries for 17 March 2016:

Glad to hear you figured out your activity calories Misty!! You probably know this, but just be a little careful on the Intake side of things, even if you are really active you will still need to run a small deficit if you want to drive down your body fat%.

Thank you Steven. I was not getting a deficit when I added in my workouts but I realize I wasn't adding the total cals so that def showed a deficit. Thank you so much about the HP techniques. I am absolutely amazed what they do for my lower abs. My God when I am at my peak bent over, I can see my stomach going completely flat. That's really going to help me I believe. It's also like meditation for me as well and you're right, I can do that anytime! Have a great day and thanks again.

Hey Misty, I'll pass the thanks along to those two Pilates queens (you know who), I never would have tried it myself without them ganging up on me. They are threatening me with a different Pilates ab move...I'm already scared...I'll keep you posted.

Lisa says "you're welcome". She is super excited about this new move, she says her abs are still sore from yesterday and her core is strong (only 3 minutes!!)...I'm still scared.

shoot i better just start incorporating Pilates into may daily routine now! Do they put out any DVDs or YouTube videos? Any suggestions?

Oh I just found out the gym on the corner where I do my HIIT has Pilates on Wed. 1-145 22 bux for 10 sessions starting the 30th. I'm going to try that for beginners :)
