I'm hoping I am back. I've had a few weeks of a stiff dose of life. I'm hoping it's over for the time being. Today is the first day of fall, and a new start. I am about 20 lbs behind my original schedule since June, July, August and September had almost no losses. All I can say is, I've had no gains either, which, I suppose, is a victory all in itself. I have no unwise foods in the house. I'm ready to make a new commitment and I've joined a few new challenges to get me started. I am coming down with some new kind of crud that everyone picked up at last week-end's event so I'm going to go to bed early to try to sleep it off. I will try to catch up with all my buddies' journals tomorrow. Love you all. -- Jo
