This week ends the NYU Lose Smart Challenge. I hope to continue with my diet to the first week of April. But what will that consist of??? I am really looking forward to completing the challenge; I hope I win first place again, but if I do not, I am very happy to have lost the weight I did. I need to really go down to 175lbs as a cushion to my eventual weight gain. Stay tuned.
