What equipment do you need for the hammer and chisel program? Did you get your and from this or a combo of workouts? I'm ready to work hard for those results! Thanks.

I read your bio and now see how dedicated you are to fitness! very nice job! I ordered the hammer and chisel program and bought a standing tower for pull ups. Now to get some weights and a bench, I think that's what I read you'd need most... will see.Well, I am glad you are on FS! Oh I'm excited. I am a stay at home DIL and I am ready to put my down time to work! I'm probably 10 years older than you are but hey, I'ma do this! I have always liked the beachbody products now it is time I actually DO THEM instead of reading about them, Thank you for your inspiring story!

Awe thank you.... I haven't been on her in about two weeks because I was very sick. I'm sorry I didn't see your comments sooner. I hope you like hammer and chisel. You don't NEED a bench. You can modify. I don't always use mine. I love beachbody's workouts! Sorry again for not getting back to you sooner! :)

I'm going to do the program again, then buy 21 day fix extreme. I really enjoy hammer and chisel. I'm going to have to bump it up into my to 3 beach body faves. :)

I did PiYo. I wasn't a fan. I mean, I get it, I didn't mind it... but I like more activity in my workouts. If I had more time, I'd do it in addition to whatever I'm already doing, to keep up range of motion and flexible.
