I basically killed my legs at the gym yesterday - as in I don't have a choice of going today because I have to walk for work later and have to limber up. I am gaining weight which is super annoying. But I'm going to have to assume its muscle gain - and not fat - I will tell myself this until my new diet plan comes in. Not eating awful - but don't have it down to a science either. Today is make it through the day walking day...
