Went on a long walk this morning and plan to do another one at the barn this afternoon. Gotta balance it out because I realllllly want my leftovers for dinner but I need to earn it. Focus focus focus, I've got three more lbs to lose by next Tuesday!
This is going to be a rough week. Mom got some take and bake pizzas, which I can have if I have a lower calorie breakfast, and Friday is our biweekly eating out day. Do I get bonus points if I lose the three lbs with all of this?
