What a blow out I have had. I am lucky to be 90 kgs at the end of the month. My Bali trips always end up in disaster with me eating the wrong food because my choice isn't always readily available. I am still plugging away. Today I am back on the straight and narrow. One flight home to Melbourne from Perth and then I have the weekend off. Hubby got some exciting news, so I don't know if he will want to go out and celebrate or what (think good choices good choices good choices!) I am hoping to get to 87.5 soon to put this plateau behind me! I want to be 69 kgs at the end! Only 20 to go ...

Sometimes life just gets in the way. I was determined to be really good for the last 5 days but we went down the beach at Frankston and we decided to have hamburgers and chips. The burgers were better than Hungry Jacks (LOL) and the chips were beautiful. I had the burger and just a few chips and water. So, I had less then I normally do and no soft drink. To me, it's just life. If I only lose a little bit this week, so be it. I have never been to Bali - half your luck!!

Hi E1ain3. Those hamburger and chips sounded amazing. I think if you can cut out soft drink that is an amazing achievement. You're right, life does get in the way, and sometimes its unavoidable - especially when you are in a social setting, and you go down to the beach - of course you don't want to be sitting there with a bunless burger and no chips! And I think like this... if you are always really good really good, your body gets used to it. It is good to mix it up sometimes. The reason I go to Bali is that I am cabin crew. Its fun, but because of my extra weight, I hate stripping off and going into the swimming pool, so you can imagine that it isn't that much fun after all. I am battling to lose 20 kgs and it is really difficult. I am away most of March, so I am going to have to be very careful with my choices, otherwise I risk putting the little amount of weight that I have lost all back on and then some. Keep up your good work. Sounds like you are doing quite well :)
