Gut issues resurfaced worse than before. Back to the Naturapath and got more supplements and a mini-consultation. Seems I didn't adhere to the healing protocol long enough. Here we go again. I refuse to fall into a funk. I am happy that this condition is not worse than it is...Count my blessings! I have a great husband who takes a lot of pressure off of me and treats me with love and kindness. My daughter told me to take a day for myself and rest. So, I rested a lot yesterday and am looking forward to seeing my Grand-kids today. A little fresh air and exercise will do wonders as well! Have a good day everyone!
