Jackies Jinxed Journey- YT and Insta's Journal, 15 September 2011

I REALLY didn't want to work out this evening, I had a headache and I believe the start of a cold thanks to my big boy kindergartner bringing home new germs lol. However, I made myself get up and do an intense 20 min Zumba work out (I try to do 40 min regularly) and I amazingly actually feel better :) glad I did. And the funny thing is I was breathing harder and was sweating just as bad as the 4o min. Good times :D lmao. Now off to go make some yummy turkey burgers for dinner (found some that are good, just a touch of Mrs Dash and a tsp of Heinz and a slice of cheese and its good to go ^.^
