Had a low scale day on the 13th this past weekend. Then I went to see my Mom for her birthday/ Valentine's Day. They made chocolate cake, and had fruit dipped in chocolate for Vday. Totally had both! O.O I did have baked chicken for dinner Saturday night, but had seconds on the cream corn. So good. So back home and back on track this week. I was really hoping to get a workout in today, but I probably won't. I'll be getting off at 1pm to take my daughter to the dentist that is an hour drive from our house. By the time I get home it will be animals, dinner, bath, and bed time. I did step on the scale briefly this morning and was up a few pounds, probably from all the sweets and fast food this weekend. So getting back on track today, and hoping to see the scale slide down some this week.
