Here we go!
I've been on a weightloss journey for almost a year now and have so far achieved a loss of 37lb! This figure WOULD be at 45lb but I have gained about 8lb in less than 2 weeks. I am expecting this added weight to shift within the next week or two; as I expect it is all water retention. I can usually shift water weight quite quickly with some sensible eating and with drinking more water.
The previous weightloss was achieved with the help of another weightloss site and phone application and I am very happy with what i've managed to lose so far! However, I feel it is time for a change due to the fact that i've become rather lazy with losing weight over the past few months. I hope this site will aid me in shedding the last 30-40lb!
