tomorrow im back at the dietitions again ...so at least that should inspire me to be good today (before i go ) the last few days routine has been non existant due to hubby and son working long late hours on the house then takeaways being ordered and late night meals also ive been a litle tense about it all to say the least..but im hoping things will be better now
todays menu was planned yesturday ...so i will see how that works out
