R1P2 - VLCD #25 today I've a +4 ketosis but seeing a small weight gain for some reason. I will start back my HCG injection today as well
BF = 23.8%
BMI = 21.6%
131.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
