I've a moderate Ketosis this morning with +4
and the weight seems back on track now after TOM arrived. No hCG injection today though, I'll see how I feel tomorrow
131.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
