I officially weigh in tomorrow morning. I'm really worried because this will be the end of my first week on phase 2 and so far it only appears that I have actually gained weight. I am not happy about this.

On top of that I'm stressed out at work, having to work with rude co-workers that seem to think they are the only ones that are perfect around there, when their work is mediocre at best.

If I get on that scale tomorrow and I haven't lost weight this week, I will be crushed. Can I get at least one piece of good news before the week ends??????

The good news is that you are making better choices and they will pay off--might be before the weekend--but if not DO NOT use that as an excuse to stop...change is slow--but powerful.

Hey! Keep your head up!! There are going to be lots of downs and some ups, but it is your determination and strong will that will keep this going. You have done so well already, your body might just need a week to figure things out before it realizes losing weight is ok :) Let your good news be that you are going to continue to put you first and persevere through this minor up. You are really going to loose the weight this time!

Thanks Keeks and Sara. That's why I love this site. I know I will get the motivation I need when I lack it at the moment. You guys are awesome.
