2nd day of gym accomplished. Everything hurts, that is actually good! I feel very tired but my bf and I are determined to kick it 5 days a week... and the weekend is optional. OMG will I survive, lol! My abs, the most trained part of my body hurts now because I haven't been doing any crunches for a few months now... time to get those abs back in shape and workout on the definition of my whole body.
Eating healthy is also a nice habit I have been practicing lately!

hey mirej - had you been out of the gym for a while too? i kind of fell off towards the end of my marathon training, then took a week off after the marathon and am suffering with a knee injury, but I got back into the gym on Monday. Taking everything in me to keep going each day - good luck to you - good to have your bf's support.

You might want to take off a day in the middle of the week just to recover a little bit. But as long as you aren't constantly overworking the same muscles you will be okay. It's good to hear you're back in the gym.

Hey Zero! Yes, we took the day off yesterday! Lol... my abs were so sore.. and still are when I laugh or cough it hurts. Today is - going back to the routine! Also we did make a plan to work different body parts every time that we go, in order not to over do it. Thanks for you msg! (=
