So...damn...tired...today...whoosh. Got in a short 3 mile run in the misty rain, not doing the 30 Day Shred today-because Jillian Michaels is trying to kill me! Or not. I'm just too sore today, will definitely do it tomorrow + 6 miles. It's good to be back on track.
