WOW so a new month. August sucked all the way around. I had my gall bladder out which went fine. Had some pain almost two weeks later and ended up back in the ER. They never found out what was wrong with me. The pain went away though. Then of course went back to work. Which in and of itself was fine but I went completely crazy on the food front and gained 15 pounds over the course of the month. I was confronted with another issue during August that left me depressed and eating everything I could just to try and take the pain away. But with a new month my resolve came back. Fresh out look with a new mantra "If you want it, do it. Only you hold yourself back". This is it I will drop the 15 I gained plus the 30 that I still need to loose to get to my arbitrary goal of 200 pounds. All this being done with no surgery or crazy weight loss plan. So hope all my FS friends are good. Sorry for my absence.

I hope that you have an easier tine this month. Feeling better since getting your gall bladder out ought to help you get more active. Also i don't know about where you live but the weather here this week has been beautiful. Don't worry either your not alone. I just had my newest little one the 29th of August. I gained 43 pounds. I am currently have 27to pounds to lose just to get back where I was and a total of 45 to make my goal weight. But it was all worth it!

Stay with it! Don't focus on your recent gain. Look at your long term progress. You did it before, you can do it now.

I agree with Runesinger. Your long term progess is awesome. You hit a bump, and had a bad month. This is a new month you can get back!

I hate when life throws us out of our plan. But it is life and it will happen. Glad that you've realized that are ready to focus again. You're doing great. Just a little detour. I hope things are better for you.
