So... the scale has continued to go down and now I am weighing less than on Saturday which makes me feel a ton better. The lesson learned here is not to sweat the small stuff. The last few days has been really stressful and I let the uptick in the scale get to me a bit too much.

Today was our cultural diversity food fair and I don't even know what a lot of this food was called so I have no idea how to count this stuff. Today will be a wash, I think I'm going to try and just eat a very small dinner. Definitely have to hit the gym today. Maybe 60 mins on the eliptical and another 20 on the bike.

I have been doing water aerobics 3 mornings a week. Once it cools down (this is Vegas and 90 in the AM) I will resume my walking schedule, one mile every morning around our complex. Saturday night I was going out to a friend's wine and dessert party (!) and took a good look in the mirror when I got dressed. Put on at least 6 different tops and hated the way I looked in all of them. Made me recommit to get with the program.
