I'm starting yet again to lose weight. It's going to be difficult, especially as we're coming into the holiday season and there's so much temptation to not eat healthy. Especially as the growing season here is pretty much over. Healthy eating is expensive, and I can understand why people eat poorly.

I wrote myself out an exercise schedule. If I try to keep it, then maybe I'll drop some pounds.
