Well tomorrow is my last day on phase one. I'm not really looking forward to moving on to phase 2. I don't miss the starches and fruits. I like not constantly cravings things and wanting to snack. I'm worried that introducing those foods will bring back the cravings. I also have gotten used to the foods I can eat and now have need to change it. I can't wait to weigh in on Friday morning to see my official weight loss for the week. Wish me Luck!

Best of luck!And the switch to phase 2 is supposed to be gradual so I think you're going to be fine! I started by adding just blueberries as a snack.
