Vacation and one pound gain.... laughing all the way! LOVE IT! Seattle and the Pacific Northwest .... they definitely have a piece of my heart... an amazing trip.

230.0 lb Lost so far: 112.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.7 lb a week
