Last ten pounds - I want this to be a weight that isn't a "low day" but a permanent thing. my goal was to beat Jan 24, 1014 of 114.4. If I can do that I will be shaping up for my healthiest, most muscular year yet. Not sure how my weight will change from here as I gain muscle. I guess its trial and error.
