So I rode my bike for 45 min today.. I took the kids for a bike ride of 20 min. they rode while I walked. It was a mess.. one was way ahead the other would cry.. sigh. We will do it more.. but I am not happy with today's results. Tomorrow is my weigh in day and I started my period on sunday. I hope it does not wreck it. I will drink loads of fluids today. I feel dry. Anyway I hope you all have a good day.
