ugh had lower calories than last week but still high in sodium intake yesterday and I am still bloated from all the sodium intake of the last week so today trying to do a lower sodium intake and keep carbs as low as possible...will see if it makes a difference in my weight for tomm weigh in
286.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
