I am NOT looking at this as a diet, diets are temporary and many times fail, I am looking at this as a healthy life style change.
America's food has gotten out of hand for the people who have a weight problem, so many additives that are not good for us.
I still struggle some with the right choices BUT, I am doing bunches better that I have ever done.
The best part of this life style change is, my wife is doing it to - woo hoo.
