Not entering all my food equals weight gain bloating and extreme laziness. Back to the grind. Membership with my 12 year old to large fitness gym will help. He's been waiting a long time to get out of the kids room. Lately breads and pasta keep calling me. Will set Dr appt to for Phentermine again.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
