I've been kinda bad this week. Not extremely bad, but hitting the sweets and carb heavy stuff a bit too much. I guess it is okay once in a while, as long as I try to stay focused. There's also a Curves gym opening up around here. My mom and I may join it. I've not been exercising much aside from horseback riding, so I think it would be a good idea to add it to my routine. Just gotta figure out what I'd do with the baby while I'm there.
