ok well today was a total downfall for me. I completely lost it after the hamburger I ate. I went for the last thing on my list which was the ice cream cone and I then moved on to the chocolate cake that James brought two days ago and I went crazy with it. I also ate some honey roasted peanuts he had also brought and the ice cream. Well I weighed 120.6 this morning. and I will weigh myself tomorrow to see how much weight i gained.

I know i gained maybe three pounds at the very least. Anyways, I am not going to be so weak next time. I PROMISE...

I need to stay at 120 for at least two weeks straight. No ups and downs... starting on monday I will work on that goal. to stay in the 120's .... I look great at this weight... I still have some fat but I look pretty darn good at this weight. I know i can still loose more but I would rather not until I can stay at this weight for at least two weeks and make this my normal weight and keep it under control. I need to be able to control my weight I want to run 6 miles tomorrow in the morning sometime and then do another 3 miles in the evening but we will see if I can do that.. I know i can it's just that it gets too hot outside and I can't do it b/c of that... I can go to the gym but i get sooo bored there... anyways that maybe the only thing i will be able to do.. is go to the gym...
