So I was totally stupid and overate today. Like, WAY overate. It was our weekly tabletop RP game day, and that's usually when I'll have my cheat meal of the week. It's usually Five Guys, even a little burger and small fries is enough for me, or Firehouse Subs, one of the fast food places we can walk to since it's been solid snow and ice around here for the last few days. Normally, for a cheat meal once a week, it's not THAT bad, all things considered. I felt like shit physically and emotionally/mentally afterward, so I'm not sure it'll be worth it anymore. Maybe slightly "healthier" sandwiches from Jimmy John's or Subway or something will be my weekly game night cheat meal from now on. The under 500 calorie sandwiches from Firehouse Subs are okay, the Sriracha Beef one is my go-to.

BUT... my roommate brought home 3 boxes of those Sweets Chocolate sticks, one in each flavor of dark chocolate orange, raspberry, and blueberry. Bastard. But the nice thing about game night is I have 5 other people to split these things with. So while I didn't count the chocolate sticks I was eating, I know it was way, way more than the 5 sticks per serving. At least 2-3 servings.

I feel awful. I'd been doing so well otherwise. But I guess all I can do is get back on the wagon tomorrow and let today go. Roommate also ordered a pizza today and the good thing about it was it didn't smell appetizing at ALL. I was completely repulsed by it, so that's a good sign.
