No weight lost in the last 3 days - I am the same weight... but yesterday I had a 1 year old's birthday party. So I had a bit of pizza and a bit of pasta (a big no no for someone doing low carb high fat diet) and I had a freddo frog - yeah, ok... I called it my cheat day.... and funnily enough the scales didn't go up! It might though catch up with me in the next few days, but I hope not. I only have one more kilogram to lose to get to my 2nd mini goal of being under 90 kgs! There are 8 more days of November. I am sure I will get there!

Hey, well done you are back where you need to be. cheat day is only one day. Back on the eating plan and exercise and that kilo should be gone. Hang in there you are doing great

Thanks for the support Mamma Lee! I hope that the kilogram will extract itself from me as soon as possible... I am heading over to Bali on Wednesday and am there for 36 hours and then I come home via Perth - so not too sure what sort of food I'll get whilst over there, but I will do my utmost best to avoid the naughty stuff! December is on Monday! I need to lose this kilogram by then!

You should be ok in Bali, as long as you stay away from rice and noodles. Have had some of the best tuna steaks there last year. Lots of lovely restaurants with lots of healthy, high protein, lo/no carb choices. Perth has few tempters but you should be ok. You can do it. Look how far you have come!

Again, thanks Mamma! I am in Perth a couple of times a week (I am cabin crew)and I usually have subway chicken salad for lunch or dinner and a protein shake for brekky; but I only go to Bali occasionally. Brekky will be the protein shake I think - and then have Lunch/dinner around 4pm - to avoid eating twice! I might have to have a look at some places that have steaks or seafood - which I absolutely love! I don't want to miss out on my November 30 dead line to be under 90 kgs! I want to celebrate reaching that Goal!!! I will keep you posted!
