Think I worked a bit too hard on my workouts today. Dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, shaking. I'm okay, I think it was just too hard and too much after being out of it so long and having been sick the last few days. But I'll take a break, maybe 30 minute or so and sip some tea, then do the other half of my workout. Slow and steady, but I'll still do it.
