No gym since forever. Kind of drank my calories the whole weekend. I'm going to hit the treadmill right after work today I know I'm going to NOT kick a$$ lol. On a positive note I told a coworker I didn't want to do dinner but do the gym and she was ok with it. That's always good. I don't want to burn bridges because I want to loose calories not gain them.
