Happy Halloween. I will treat myself to some sugar. And add extra walking. I have been bringing in my food for the day at work. Which is great, but today I realized I'm grazing constantly. Almost every hour. I make low cal sandwiches have apples pickles and constantly eating at my desk. Going to have to extent the times between food in my mouth. Doing good about not eating after 7 pm. I'll try a timer for at least 2 hours in between. I don't like to eat all the food at lunch I'm too full with aromaxh shrinking 1 hrs
190.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
