Today I have a new goal: to lose 10lbs by my birthday (Sept 24). That requires a conscious effort on my part with the eating as I already work out with a personal trainer 3 times a week. I can also add one more day of workout by myself (or a Zumba class. I've already lost 3% of my body fat in a month since starting with the trainer as well as 6 inches lost on each of my legs. I hope to see some serious gains in the next 37 days.
